Spotlight on Staff...Laura
Lovely Laura has just celebrated a decade with us at our Farsley Farfield Nursery. Laura has such a cheerful sunny disposition she always brightens up a room. Based in our Toddler room at Farsley her calm, quiet nature is a huge hit with parents, staff and children alike. She describes herself as having the patience of a saint – a fact that is well known throughout the nursery!

Laura says…
“I wanted to start a career in child care as at the time I had lots of ” little people ” in my family and loved being around them. I’ve gone on to have my own children, loved being pregnant and love bringing my 2 to Little People with me”
Laura’s 3 top tips for working with Toddlers:
Be what they want you to be!…If something is a telephone to them. Answer it!
Have open arms for lots of cuddles.
and Develop the skill of having ‘Eyes in the back of your head’.
