Reward for referrals

We recognise that our Nurseries and Funclubs thrive through word-of-mouth. Our "Referral" scheme acts as a thank you for recommending us to your friends and family.

We will issue a £50 Shopping Voucher for telling your friends about us!

Ask your friend to put your name on their application form when asked “How did you hear about us?” and we will waiver their booking fee, and send you a voucher as a thank you.

Reward is payable for introducing:

New families accessing a full day care, or Early Education Place
New families to accessing before and after-school care in our Funclub for a minimum of 2 sessions per week
New families only (not applicable for returning siblings)
New team members introduced to us, after a months’ successful employment
New team member only (not applicable for returning team members)

Referring new families; Voucher will be issued on the month following the child’s start date. Provided the new account is clear and paid to date on the 7^th of the month as per our terms and conditions. Vouchers for will not be paid to customers with outstanding account balances.

Referring new staff members; Voucher will be issued following a month of satisfactory attendance for new team members.

To be allocated the reward, the referrers name put be stated on the application form at the time of booking.

Voucher reward not applicable for School Holiday Bookings in Funclub, or any ad hoc place.

NEW from Oct 2021 A Facebook recommendation will suffice as evidence of referral providing: the date of the recommendation is before the first date of enquiry from the customer, and the team member and new customer is clearly identifable from their facebook profile – all other terms above apply.
