Spotlight on Staff...Raj
Our pre-School Leader at Alwoodley is one of our “home-grown” talents. Starting with us over 5 years ago Raj has excelled in both her childcare qualifications and leadership skills. In their Ofsted inspection Raj’s practice was commended by the inspector and we’re thrilled she us getting in recognition she deserves. We often feel like an extended family at Little People, but in Raj’s case it’s true with her Mum as Manager , and her sister working in our other setting too. Here she is receiving her award presented by Marguerite and Tracy at our awards night.

Raj says…
“I feel like there were more deserving people for this pride award however the pride award has reassured me that I am actually doing a good job and that staff and parents appreciate it which is a nice feeling.
I am very thankful to all of the staff members and parents who took the time to vote for me. Also to the Alwoodley team who make work a joy on a day to day basis.
I have worked at Little People for 5 years now and I have become a better person for it. Since starting I have completed my apprenticeship and then completed my level 4 and became Schoolroom room leader and I couldn’t have done it with out the support from the management and all of the other staff!”
